NIA | Movement Arts Classes
Do you like being on a treadmill or Stairmaster staring at a screen? Or, running outdoors in the heat, cold, or rain?
Nia Classes are for Every Body and all Ages
Enjoy playful, heartfelt, movement for body, mind, and soul as you dance barefoot to an engaging array of global music.
Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that draws from martial arts, dance arts, and healing arts. It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
When it comes to movement, Nia meets you where you are. If you have movement constraints, Nia makes it easy to find safe and pleasurable ways to move.
